These long weekends give me way too much time... So yesterday I pulled the engine cover off my Boxster so I could eyeball the inside. Theres not a lot to see, but it was worth it. When you had the cover off did you take notice to a date stamped in the middle of the engine cover? I to was curious about my engine and when exploring found the date(small silver ink about two inches long) given to me by my dealer as the actual date the car was finished at the factory and signed off for shipment. This is what is unofficially known as the cars birthday. Great pictures!
